For us, events are not activations. They are the most direct way to make people understand Eat Rosetta without overexplaining it. Before being described, the project has to be experienced.
The Format
It starts with a short masterclass where we explain the method and what is behind the dish. Then comes the tasting, with gnocchi as the first chapter. After that the rhythm changes: music, vibes, people staying, talking and dancing. It is an experience that brings culture and fun together.
The Community
Events also help us build the community: people who want to eat well while choosing an idea with impact. Every gathering helps us improve by collecting real-life feedback on both product and format.
