Our vision

Who We Are and What We Do

Eat Rosetta works between culture and method. On one side there is Italian cooking: the simple gestures, the dishes that feel like home, the rule that says nothing should be wasted. On the other side there is a very current problem: food waste, especially in big cities, where a huge amount of unsold bread is discarded every day out of habit.

We stand in the middle: we intercept that bread waste and transform it into a new base for creating quality products. It is a practical way to reduce waste while bringing value back to the table. For us sustainability does not mean compromise. It means doing things better, with more care, and delivering a result people genuinely want to eat.
